Technology under a tree
Trying to figure out technology while sitting under a tree. Let's see if I can do it! If it works, then I will have successfully used my phone for camera, blogger and instagram.
Because it matters . . . .

It is gratifying to see that there is historical significance to what we do and how we live our lives. Our interest in how our ancestors lived, what they wore, what they made and all other aspects of their daily lives is a testomony to the significance of what we take for granted about ourselves.

Fur Elise
Borrowing from the ancient craft of wood-burning, I attempt to
portray the natural world in fresh ways to express my profound appreciation of
animals and nature. I am moved by the graceful synthesis of a smooth wooden
surface and the heat infused within to create rich sepia. As I ‘paint with
heat,’ I feel a certain parallel between the wild and natural spirits that
embody my subjects and the organic and distinctively unforgiving nature of my
medium.
